Creekwood Homes was started by Evan Scesa in 2004. Evan began his construction career as an Electrician in 1996. While working his way through the apprenticeship he started investing in residential projects and began to build speculative homes. Upon completion of his first few projects, his work ethic and quality craftsmanship began to be noticed by those in the industry as well as home buyers which started an additional branch for him and the company of building custom homes.
